References within this Privacy & Data Protection Policy to “you” or “your” refer to the person using our products or services or supplying information to us.

We are committed to protecting your personal and financial information. This Policy provides an overview to some of the associated processes that R & R has in place. We reserve the right to amend this Policy without notice.
- Personal data we collect
We have certified security and privacy controls and will ensure any collection of personal data will be:
- obtained and processed only for specified and lawful purposes to enable us to carry out and inform you of the services we provide;
- accurate and up-to-date;
- held securely for no longer than is reasonably necessary; and
- deemed by us as freely provided by you, specific, informed, and will be processed for the purpose required.
- Purposes for which personal data may be held
We will collect personal data relating to you primarily for the purposes of:
- internal operations, data analysis, and products and services offered;
- recording communications with you;
- compliance with legislation; and
- accounting;
We consider that the following personal data is within the categories above:
- personal details including name, address, contact details and entry codes;
- personal or company documents and images; and
- notes of discussions between you and R & R.
We will review the nature of the information collected and retained on an annual basis to ensure there is a satisfactory business reason for requiring the information to be held.
This data is stored on servers in secure data centres located in Alberta. We utilize an encryption process and access by our employees is limited.
It is assumed the provider of the data is authorized and legally eligible to disclose this data.
- How do we use this information?
R & R takes responsibility for ensuring all personal data is controlled in compliance with the relevant legislation. Employees of R & R who have access to your data are assessed, and must comply with this policy and our procedures.
We will only use this information to deliver support, products and/or services.
R & R do not provide, sell or otherwise disclose personal data to any third-party, individual or organization outside R & R unless specifically required by law, or to enable R & R to carry out the services provided to you.
- How long will we keep your information?
R & R will retain your information for as long as reasonably necessary. This procedure is in place should you need to access records, if there is a dispute, or for R & R to satisfy legal, accounting or other regulatory requirements.
- Financial Transactions
Financial details are not retained or stored by R & R. Our financial details run through QuickBooks which is a part of Intuit Inc. You can view their terms here: https://www.intuit.com/privacy/statement/
Transactions that are by direct debit or credit card payment facilities are provided by a third-party.
- Access to personal data information
On request to randrcalgary@gmail.com, R & R will disclose details of personal data related to the individual retained by us. We will assume that a request from an email address provides legal entitlement to information associated with that address. The request may be extended to cover description, correction, deletion or exclusion from future communications.
- Data retention
We will not retain your personal data for longer than necessary for the purposes for which it is required. We use QuickBooks as mentioned under #7 Financial Transactions, and MailChimp (also a member of Intuit Inc) to reach our customers.

- Security controls
We take every precaution to protect personal data held by us. We have security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the data.
- Links to other websites
Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our website, we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide while visiting these sites. Such sites are not governed by this Policy. You should exercise caution and read the policies applicable to the website in question.
